This is kilwa kivinje i was on trip once again back to Mtwara...Kilwa is in lindi didtrict we were there trying to see how its going then continue our journey back to Mtwara town.

This was was my car after a very long trip of more than 2000 kilometres in the region. I was in Masasi,nachingwea,newala,tunduru and Tandahimba.Trust me the road is hellish in some points and you just wonder how is it at the very long rain seasons......but am happy and proud to reach the areas and make the service available in the whole region.

This is Ford exercusion owned by Artumas,thats a canadian company dealing with electricity using the natural gas.Its 7300 CC....the car its so huge and nice ...i luved so much this kind of master piece.........issue is fuel price mwe!!!!its killing jamani!!

Looking far away is the Tanzanian and Mozambique border,its a great Ruvuma river.The river comes from Ruvuma region and pouring its water in the India ocean.This view can be seen when coming from Newala back to Mtwara.Its amazing for real!!

No matter how rush the life can be....your job is the priority!Doing some branding in Lindi and make an agent very visible!!

The feeling of sunset over Indian ocean on the beach of Msimbati in Mtwara region. This is at the Ruvula beach hotel. The place is so sweet and nice.Its where there is ocean reserved park,Island of the very distinct birds and where many people luv to do Scuba diving.....Its so amazing trust me!!

From The first row seated on left Angetile,Amy,Nabwike,Chiwango and Blandina.From left for those standing is Iddi,Krom,John,Atilio,Charles and Stanley.Was a great company and was to say bye for Stanley Shibuda whom was transferred for Dodoma and Welcoming Mr Chiwango as a new sales representative in southern region.Blandina is doing her research as she is pursuing her Phd in Holland.

Deeeng!!!I got something like a part of coral reef as the joints of small bones.....I like this things and actually I have it in my home..reminding me of the Msimbati...the place of natural gas in Tanzania.....

This is the gate for Mikumi national park..50 kilometres of wild animals and free of charge...Its quite amazing as people have an opportunity to see the live wild animals while in the lorries,Busses and their private cars. There are nice camps and hotels that would make your stay very enjoyable.

This is the railway bridge crossing the road.This is when you are using the main road to ifakara through Kilombero.Its said that some years back this place was used to hijack vehicles due to the nature of the place....but niw adays its safe due to the tighten of security in the area by the police patrol.

These are the falls of great Ruaha river.This river is the one serving the Kidatu hydro electric plant which is the biggest power station in tanzania.I failed to go and have a visit as i had to have a permitt from the head offices in dar es salaam.

This is the highway that you take a left turn at Mikumi and leads to Ifakara,Mlimba,malinyi and deep Ulanga district.The far mountain ranges are the Udzungwa national park more the 70 kilometres from Mukumi town.

It seems like i was tired...but nope!!!!full energetic and i was speaking to one of our new agent in Mikumi town.It was my tour fro morogoro and i had a lot of drive.

This is my job i have to see these guys.....

WOOOOOHHH!!!My big boy managed to cut for us the 'Spider man cake'.....it was so nice to see him smilling for the cake...it worth a lot as a father to a son...seen him happy and growing healthly!!!!

A man of a day looking down to see that all things are moving fine and all the guys in the party are treated well n' kul...

Making the kids feeling at home...Clement was in his best smilling face to them and ensure that these guys dont fear his OSAMA beads...

GOOOOSSHHH!!!These guys had to drink hard things....spirits in the coke and Valeur was gone dry...Someone was totally collapsed later on....was such a mess...

Clement visited me from Mbozi and stayed for a week and really we had a very good times then he went back for his family and other life stuff.

Johaness and his mother,he was very happy to be there with the both of us.....to see daddy playing beach football and water pollo!!That's Louis maro,a collegue with my big boss.....Who the h.....l are u????????
Kids swimming pool...he once tried to denied coz the water was bit cold....but soon he was so excited...one of the things i like him to do in the future..........be as a best swimmer like his grandpa (my dad) or else a great footballer!!
A very busy boy....trying to see and go wherever he could reach.......its a lovely day of family...every one had a face of smile and full of happiness.....the music was high and the water was so sweet...
If you do make yourself happy no one will do that for you...

That's the way from kibosho in Moshi,the place is so greenish and its all the same the whole time...no pollution in the place and its all kul...

Thats a mount kilimanjaro...was so visible during the late noon...I was so happy to see it by my eyes...the highest mountain in Africa and the one that has ice in the high temperature of tropical region!!!The weather is so good and not that much colder........that's the GOD creation!!!
These are the great places in Tanga region where there are huge plantations of sisal in Tanzania...There are many railways accross the place and there is a plan of starting using the sisal for Bio-diesel in order to help tackle the fuel problems...
The great north road....linking with southern highway in Chalinze at coastal zone leaving that for central and southern regions.This road links with Arusha,Kilimanjaro and the lake zone...In this road between Same and moshi there are some places that are having great plains with high blowing winds that there is a caution for drivers to be keen.....Really was a very good trip i had....See and go having that expirience I felt on the trip....!!!!

Moving to kibosho in Kilimanjaro region,where burial ceremony of Fidelis raphael kusare was to be done...

Arriving at the home place where he was belong...from left Mrs simkoko,Juliana kiliwa,Ester Mshota and reginald wilbard....full of sorrow!!!!

Far up from the last picture is the mount Kilimanjaro,laying behind Moshi town,it was at the beginning but later on was quite a nice stuff.

It was very sad to receive news that a friend and a collegue has gone down....Really the matter hit our hearts hardly and leaving us not believing what happened....Kusare was gone after sickness.....

May GOD rest his soul in eternal place.

The upper picture is my office i can say..thats in PPF tower third floor on the south wing where sales warlords are in.Making deal sheets,talking to those who can do big biz and making the cellular industry the largest business......far most the vodacom remain the number one cellular network in Tanzania with more than Four (4) million subscribers.

Now M-pesa service increase enemoursly the customer base and still the distribution is under way....The whole country will be covered by the gingantic service from a devoted team.The strategic means are being implemented in order to make sure that the overall target is reached in accurate time set.

What we believe........there's no tomorrow!!!! make the most of now!!!

Today the 10th of June 2008,its exactly 8 years since our beloved daddy,Marcel Albertus Krom died.It was hard to believe but we have to as every living human soul shall return to the father.

We really miss you daddy.The grandchildren whom you loved them with all your heart and who received the grand pa cheerz.....always speak of your name.we hope one day we shall meet again.

Our hearts are so down but we get up through what you taught us as the little kids.Making as brave and very strong.You tried to fulfil what we dreamt by doing all that you can.....such a great father we had.....My tears are falling down,you were a perfect father and a friend.....

YOU ARE MISSED A LOT OLD MAN.....GOD IS ALWAYS RIGHT

Out of town trip......

It was kind of a trip that i enjoyed being with my family and out of the busy days....
My son was so happy as he usually stays at home,full playing,laughing to see different things from what he saw and play with everyday....I love a lot to see him happy and growing in the presence of both parents.I am feeling no good to see him cry for things that I can sort them out....
We left the place in the late noon for home as my son was tired and I had some social meetings to go.But all in all from the busy world i usually have during the weekdays,I have the moment to see what going on on the other Vodacom side of life..

This was a very busy weekend....last training on m-pesa system and followed by upload of agents on the live system.The head offices for our superdealer,regional dealers and stand alones were all uploaded succesifully.

Was a tiresome and took lot of time but was done brilliant with a great team spirit.It was in barclays house where customer care department is.

Here now i am .....an agent administrator for M-pesa systems....new service in the market by vodacom,hand in hand with vodafone UK....enabling customers to make money transactions via phone countrywide..from vodacom subscriber to any customer of any mobile operator in the country.

It has been so busy in the office and outside.....making averything stable...contract signed and all stuff likewise making my college time still there....but am gaining strength from my late father's words...

This is the great view of kitonga,the highway from Dar es salaam to Mbeya....the northern highway connecting cape town and Cairo..This place is in Iringa region when you are heading near great Ruaha river where is the border of Iringa and Morogoro....Likewise there are huge mountain ranges of Udzungwa with natural reserve and only found kind of frogs that are not found any where in the world and some were taken to USA for more reproduction...Still is where we have the Kidatu waterfalls...Tanzania's leading hydro electric plant is found in this place.
Its so natural with great refreshing air but if you are scared of these heights.......You will hide under the car seats....
I luv you Tanzania......the land of peace and harmony!!!!!!

This is the view of the new dar-es-salaam port tower....you can see KIVUKONI FERRY taking people to kigamboni where there are best beach hotels along the very clean beach.

I took the picture at the middle of the inlet to dar harbour...from here you can have a beautiful image of the port and the ocean likewise the fish market that was built by the help of embassy of Japan in Tanzania....

I luv long rides and rough roads....We had a trip to coast region,the way that connect east coast and the deep south coast of Tanzania..Its called vikindu then you leave the highway through a reserved forest....It was so nice fresh air free from pollution with pleasant bush smell.......life's little pleasures.....

Thats mungunasi....I was in bagamoyo at sea breeze hotel as we had a week end out paid by our company.....we call it team building...
It was so nice full of many activities and Im trying to be a good swimmer but I dont think if i can be like what my dad was.....a very fishy swimmer....
Life is so sweet if u want it to be that way and Tanzania is where life is sweet and enjoyable!!!

ooooohhhh!!!!!!these sisters and my brother will kill me.......its cooooooooooold they leave me with singlet.Any way I was showing them that i was able to tolerate cold apart I was coming from tropical heats of East Africa and especially mbozi.......

Here is where Marcel Albertus Marie Elisabeth Krom is resting in peace.He died in 10.06.2000 after long illness.He suffered Tuberculosis (T.B) and was admitted at Turiani hospital in morogoro untill his death.
He loved so much working and play with his grandchildren.A very charming man who loved jokes a lot.I really miss him as was a good father and a close friend.He left us with deep sorrow but with courage to face our future with confidence.
The picture was taken just after we have built the grave,in hand with Bramwell Chirwa,Clement and I....
May his soul rest in eternal peace...
